Referendum Threatens Pier

To block the city's decision, a referendum is being circulated by one man determined to overturn this ordinance, to make adding more on-site parking mandatory, to virtually destroy the plaza as we know it. Please don't sign it.

Today, this referendum singles out Baja Sharkeez, tomorrow another referendum could target you as a homeowner wanting to expand your home with a demand that you add underground parking.
Will you be required to provide on-site parking for your home?  There are other solutions. Let  council representatives do the job you elected them to do. They have a plan for parking that is satisfactory now.
How will changing the parking
ordinance affect your home?
